This is not your basic AF energetic healing session. I use neuroscience, trauma healing, Universal Laws, and energetic processes to clear anything blocking you from your highest aligned path — so you move forward feeling clear, grounded, and whole.
Energy Healing
Your mind may be over it. Your body might not be. Somatic release works where talk and logic can’t — helping your body let go of what it’s still holding so you stop reacting from old patterns and start responding from who you actually are now.
