Changing the way your brain sees you.
If someone asked me to describe the animal I was for most of my life, I would have said I was a Chameleon.
I would attempt to shape shift, and camouflage myself into who you needed me to be at that moment.
I started binge eating to gain weight to stop people from ridiculing how skinny I was.
Barely ate anything when they made fun of me for putting on too much weight in their eyes. I started binge eating to gain weight to stop people from ridiculing how skinny I was. Barely ate anything when they made fun of me for putting on too much weight in their eyes.
My Struggles with Self Image
Shut my voice completely down so my parents would maybe love me like my brother who didn’t make comments about my Mom’s addiction. Changed my morals to be liked by emotionally abusive and unavailable boys.
I ran myself into the ground trying to get good grades so maybe my Dad would finally be proud of me and I would seem smart to the other kids. Worked in Corporate so people would think I was successful (I know I can’t imagine me in Corporate America either).
Shutdown my emotions completely through alcohol, medication, or extremes like bodybuilding, so I would seem normal, not too emotional, or crazy.
Fit the mold of wherever I was: changed my hair, my clothes, the way I talk, my thoughts, my opinions — everything. And you know what happened?
I still didn’t feel accepted. I hated who I saw in the mirror, which is crazy to hate someone you don’t even know.
my f*ck it moment...
When I started my business, I did the exact same thing. Performed. Shapeshifted. And watched every client, opportunity, and collaboration disappear.
It wasn’t my marketing, my pricing, or my work ethic. I was trying to fix my business from the same version of myself that created the problem.
And it wasn’t just showing up there. My marriage was headed to divorce and I hadn’t even noticed. My health was falling apart. My friendships were surface level. I was still dragging myself to a job where no one saw my value.
So I said f*ck it and did the real work. I took the masks off one by one and reprogrammed every belief and pattern I’d been running on autopilot since childhood.
And everything changed.
- My online shopping addiction are Airbnb’s.
- Current hobbies are improv and kickboxing — make of that what you will.
- My type of vacation is spending 6 hours hiking a mountain (also the same girl who ran down a mountain because a butterfly chased her).
- Hates texting but will spend 5 hours FaceTiming someone without blinking an eye .
- After 4th of July I start counting down the days until Fall.
- Pushed my husband’s cousin to the floor at my own wedding to win competitive musical chairs.
- My Instagram algorithm is dancing, baking recipes, and conspiracy theories.
- Has a bird tattoo and also terrified of birds.
There are a lot of sides to me — and learning to stop hiding them is exactly what led me here. Because we are not one identity, one persona, one character. We are diamonds — real ones, not that lab grown bullshit — and when the light hits you just right, all of those incredible parts show through. All those sides of you aren’t a problem to fix. They’re exactly what you’re here to get paid for.

Before: No changes in workouts, eating habits, or any “work” done to my face or body unless you count dying my hair 🤪 - just changed beliefs
After: Seeing the perfection in all parts of me (I still have my moments trust me 😂), feeling safe being my authentic self, and no longer chasing what I desire but attracting it
If you are facing issues in your business, I can guarantee you — it’s showing up in other areas of your life too.
THE REAL REASON YOU’RE NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE
• The partner who makes you feel like you are pulling all the weight
• The extra body weight that no matter how many diets or workouts you’ve tried, just won’t budge
• The friendship circle that no matter how many people you have around you, leaves you feeling completely alone
• The clients that pass you up, even though you know you would change their life in a heartbeat
• The bank account that never grows, no matter how much you work
Things like:
Every person operates from what I call a creator field — made up of your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, identity, and the nervous system state you live in. From that field, you hand out scripts to everyone and everything around you. How clients treat you. How money flows. How opportunities show up. How success feels.
Your subconscious is directing the whole production. And right now it is creating the reality in front of you. If you feel stuck or capped, it’s not because you’re not good enough. It’s because your subconscious is still wired for who you used to be — not who is needed for the life and business you desire.
This is not manifestation. This is changing the way your brain sees you — so the world around you starts responding to who you actually are.
